Our mission is to fight hunger by engaging, educating empowering our community. As one of the largest Food Banks in the southeast, distributing more than 20 million pounds of food annually, we provide food primarily to children and youth (about 50%), but food recipients also include low-income families, senior citizens and the homeless. 94% of total budget is used toward programs. The Food Bank also operates several community projects to aid our agencies in community building, technical assistance and advocacy efforts.
