Bird-a-thon 2012

Let's hear it for the birds!

This year Mass Audubon will celebrate its 29th Bird-a-thon beginning at 6 P.M. Friday, May 11, 2012 and concluding at 5:59 P.M. on Saturday, May 12, 2012. We will have 28 teams enthusiastically birding and raising money for our wildlife sanctuaries and programs. You can particapte by joining one of these teams or supporting a team with a donation. To join a team:

1. Go to www.firstgiving.com/massaudubon and click on the May 11 Bird-a-thon 2012 event on the right.
2. Click the green JOIN NOW button
3. Create a FirstGiving account or, if you already have an account from previous Bird-a-thons, log in with your email and password
4. Choose the team name from the list and click JOIN next to that team
5. Now you can customize your fundraising page!!
6. Set a good example by making the first donation to your own page
7. Promote your fundraising page via Facebook, Email, Twitter, etc.
