My grandmother was a very important person in not only my life, but my brother's life. When this terrible disease took over the person she was, it was one of the hardest times in my family's life as well.

Since she lived in Portugal, her visits to the US were limited. I try to hold onto the memories I have of my time with her and in creating this page, it is just another way to remember her.
