Last August when I visited Solutions for Change, I had one of those days that was truly life changing.  The vision that co-founders Chris and Tammy Megison shared with me and seeing all that they had created was deeply moving and inspiring.  Their model for change made so much sense and I could see how they had helped so many families help themselves. When I run the Big Sur Marathon in April, each and every mile will be in support of Solutions for Change. Join me in supporting them as they continue to make a permanent and positive impact on the lives of so many.

 

With a commitment to ensure that every child has a home, Solutions for Change has been helping homeless families in North County for over ten years, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to solve their homelessness—permanently.

 

Solutions for Change doesn’t just service people, they create partnerships between the families and the community. They’re solving family homelessness for kids and communities, permanently. It’s all about breaking the cycle of homelessness.

Through its innovative model, Solutions for Change is able to positively impact a family for $20 per day. By establishing relationships with strategic partners and forming alliances with top investors, Solutions has succeeded in covering $13 out of the $20, but that leaves a $7 gap. Solutions can fill that $7 gap with your support.
