Dear Friends,

I'm writng to tell you that I'm feeling very wellland that I'm going to Hike the Mountain again this year.  My mother is still fighting breast cancer and so isJessica Riel; this is for them.

I'm adding this note on Oct. 9, 2009.  My mother died on October 5th, 2009.  She was still being successfully treated for breast cancer but died of complications from and infection.  We must keep up the fight for others like Jessica, the newly diagnosed and all survivors.

 

I hope you will join us, Ken and I and our team, for this beautiful hike to raise funds to support Breast Cancer Reasearch at Dartmouht Hitchcock medical Center.

The hike will take place on Oct. 11th.  We're hoping for another glorious fall day so that we can enjoy the view of Lake Winnipesaukee, from the top. 

There willl be a raffle: Lots of really good stuff including a Christmas Tree and Wreath from Neva Dun farm.   You will get a t-shirt and lots of other goodies.
