Basset Buddies Rescue of Texas has taken in a new hound - a 12-week old female puppy!  Sadly, this precious little girl came to us gravely ill.  She is in need of emergent surgery to repair an intestinal condition that will be fatal if not treated.  Basset Buddies Rescue of Texas is currently overwhelmed with vet expenses incurred while caring for the homeless hounds from Hurricane Ike; thus, we are asking for your help in providing this sweet puppy with the medical treatment she requires.  Please make a donation if you can - no amount is too small as every dollar helps!  Baby basset doesn't have a name yet so please feel free to leave us a suggestion in the "Comments" section with your donation.
