When we learned that 36 million Americans go hungry, including 13 million children, we decided to do something about it. We're going to participate in the 2009 Greater Lafayette Hunger Hike on September 20, and we hope you will support us. We're excited to be a part of this annual effort which raises funds for three anti-hunger programs in my community: Lafayette Urban Ministry, Food Finders Food Bank, and St. Thomas Aquinas Haiti Committee.
