One special little boy brought us together.  Adam has a rare muscle disease called centronuclear myopathy.  Every day he struggles with weakness and fatigue.

Adam's mom, Sarah,  and his longtime mentor, Molly,  are using our muscles to raise money to make a difference for this disease.

Please support us as we complete our triathalon relay to raise money for the Joshua Frase Foundation. 

The Joshua Frase Foundation supports research working towards a treatment for muscle diseases and supports families like Adam's.
