Sarah's Inspiration Corporation "Make It Rain" Campaign
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for Inspiration Corporation!
I have worked at Inspiration Corporation for over two years now assisting people in improving their lives through obtaining meaningful work, going to school and training, and finding resources for housing, medical, and mental health services. To learn more about Inspiration Corporation, visit www.inspirationcorp.org.
I would like to share a story with you about the wonderful work I do. I started working with Lynnee (pictured to the right with her daughter and me) in 2009. Lynnee came to me after losing her job and becoming homeless. Together we worked to get her full funding to attend massage therapy school and she has now graduated as a Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist! Lynnee recently was hired for two massage therapy positions, but because of the economy, her work is slow. While we try to find other work for Lynnee, her and her children are still homeless. With fewer resources, it is much more difficult for me to find Lynnee housing and help her with bus passes to continue to look for work and get to her current jobs .
Lynnee has come a long way and she needs help with the boundaries that are still in front of her. As a Career Specialist in Inspiration Corporation's Employment Project, I work with over 100 people who are experiencing simliar situations to Lynnee. As my organization is struggling and as we continue to face budget cuts and lose government funding, I am asking you for help. You can be a part of Lynnee and her children getting housed and support many more remarkable people working hard towards their goals.

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts. Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
Love,
Sarah
