This year I will be participating in World Run Day on November 9.  The funds I raise from those who sponsor me will go to Compassionate Action for Animals, a non-profit organization based in Minneapolis.

You may sponsor me by pledging a certain amount and tracking how much I run between certain dates or on a certain day, or you can donate any amount you wish.
