Hi Everyone,

In late September I am running my first 5K to support the Samaritans of Boston which is a non-denominational, not-for-profit volunteer organization dedicated to reducing the incidence of suicide by befriending individuals in crisis and educating the community about effective prevention strategies. They also provide amazing peer support for people who have lost a loved one to suicide.

I am running to raise awareness about the prevalence of suicide and the many amazing programs Samaritans offers. More personally, I am running in remembrance of my father, who died three years ago, but without whom I wouldn't be where I am today.
