LUNCH TREK TO TERMINUS
Lunch Trek to Terminus was created as a simple outlet for the Buckhead Business Community to lock arms and love our neighbors as ourselves in the midst of the devastation brought on by the 2009 Atlanta Floods.
All donations to Lunch Trek to Terminus go to Samaritan's Purse, a Christian relief and evangelism organization focused on providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Samaritan's Purse helps meet critical needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God's love through His Son, Jesus Christ.
Samaritan’s Purse is working to help flood victims overwhelmed by the flooding in the Atlanta area by mobilizing hundreds of volunteers from around the country to clear mud and debris from flooded homes, remove water soaked sheetrock, applying anti-mold treatments, and helping to salvage victim’s personal belongings. Samaritan’s Purse focuses on helping those with the most need after a storm, such as single parents, police officers, first responders, victims with little or no insurance or limited financial resources.
All donations are tax-deductible!
