“Becoming a homeowner has changed my life. God has blessed me with a home and a better life for me and my kids. My kids can run around the yard, play outside with no problems, and finally we can call this house a home.” Sandy Saunders, Raritan Valley Habitat Homeowner.

For 20 years Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity has been changing the lives of children like Sandy’s. For the 116 children of RVHFH homeowners, their house means not only a roof overhead or a yard to play in, but so much more.

Children of low-income homeowners are:

33 percent less likely to give birth as unmarried teenagers

20 percent more likely to graduate from high school

62 percent more likely to acquire post-secondary education

24 percent higher income earners as adults.

Safe and stable homes are the foundation of successful families and communities.

1 organization, 2 counties, 10 communities, 20 years, 44 homes, 175 family members, 100s of volunteers, 1,000s of donors, and an infinite amount of hope. Raritan Valley Habitat is changing lives. Won’t you join us with your support?
