I'm striving to raise $10,000 for Insulindependence - a cause I believe so deeply in that I will be matching dollar-for-dollar the first $5,000 in donations made in 2009.  Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.  Follow a team of Type 1 diabetics (the Triabetes team) pioneer new diabetes management techniques in each of our quests to complete the Ironman triathlon in Tempe, AZ in November 2009!  2009 events will take me from New England to Hawaii (and many events in between) in reaching the diabetic community in my quest to finish the Ironman.
