Hi all! It's that time of year again that I ask you to get out your wallets, purses, pocket books, etc and donate to my favorite cause...KS Special Olympics! For those of you who know me, you're very well aware this is something I'm passionate about and have been raising money for over the last 10 years. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Shannon Bisel and I work as an officer for the Olathe Police Department. I've been in law enforcement now for almost 10 years and it is a profession I truly love. Not only do I get to help people, catch the bad guys, and drive really fast sometimes, I also get the opportunity to be involved in fund raising events for Special Olympics. The Kansas Law Enforcement Torch Run is definitely my favorite!!

The KS Law Enforcement Torch Run is an annual event which raises funds to benefit Special Olympics. I'm proud to say this will be my 11th year as a runner in this event. The Torch Run will be held on May 31st, 2011. I am asking you to support me in my fund raising efforts by donating any amount on this fund raising web-page.
