Many thanks and even more blessings to everyone who made TEAM Cakesy a great success last year. In the midst of our good time we raised over $4,500 for research. So this year, TEAM Cakesy, is going to do it again!

April and Cherish have decided they still love me and will be leading TEAM Cakesy again this year.  So please spread the word near and far that lupus needs your help. As many of you know, lupus is a terrible disease that can take more than 4 years to accurately diagnose. My diagnosis of discoid (skin) and systemic (blood/organs) lupus came after 2 full years of suffering. I don't do much complaining though. It's a waste of time. I've got work to do. Whomever said what the devil meant for evil, God meant it for good must've said that with me in mind. I'm proof that God has an assignment for everybody if you are just willing to be used. Always remember that whatever is foolish enough to come up against you in your life, you have everything you need to sustain you. Peace, health and blessings to you and yours!
