Shawn, Rita, Joshua, Daisey, Michael, Ian and Molli will be climbing Mt. San Jacinto on June 19th through the 20th to raise awareness and money to Cure Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.... · Most people don’t know that Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) is the most common form of muscular dystrophy.
· Most people don’t know that 1 in every 3500 boys has DMD worldwide.
· Most people don’t know that by the time these boys are teenagers they will live life from a wheelchair.
· Most people don’t know that most of these boys won’t make it into their 20’s.
· Most people don’t know that it is 100% fatal…there is no cure…yet.
By sponsoring us, you'll be directly funding research that is striving for a cure for children with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. 100% of your money will be allocated to the most promising research.
