Thank you for caring about courageous girls who must overcome severe challenges in their lives to succeed.  They are children I know personally and care about immensely.

If you're at this page you might be a friend or relative.  It's possible you're a colleague or someone familiar with an individual close to me who I truly care about.  Fortunately, most of you reading this have supported me on Firstgiving.com.  For that I am eternally grateful.

I need your help.

Please assist me with the most worthwhile role I have ever undertaken:  race director for the second annual "Run for Friendship" 5k/10k on September 12, 2009.  All of the proceeds benefit The Friendship Club, where I am honored to work as a development director.  Last year, utilizing all of the money raised by donors like you, we were able to fund seven of the 100 girls in our program!  Every dollar given counted.

I can proudly state that to a large degree I am responsible for enriching many Friendship Club girl's lives on a daily basis.  You can too:

• $20 pays for a girl's registration at the Run for Friendship.
• $50 can fund an educational field trip for 10 girls.
• $100 can pay for groceries for an after school meal for 100 girls.
• $250 can provide school supplies and basic clothing for one girl.
• $500 can send four girls on a weekend trip to tour 3 colleges.
