I am involved with a cause close to my heart, helping children find loving, permanent families.  Children Awaiting Parents (CAP) is a national nonprofit charitable organization that recruits foster and adoptive families for special needs children who have been waiting the longest for a "forever" family. They have brought together more than 6,000 children and families in their 37 years of service.
