Training for the triathlon has been a big commitment but a really  wonderful experience on the whole.  The rest of the team are truely inspirational and the coaches are fantastic; their knowledge and patience has really been appreciated and I think everyone on the team has learnt alot.

The main focus is the children we are doing this triathlon for, they face so many challenges each day it makes our efforts seem small.  Please, please take the time to make a donation - it would mean so very much.
