I've participated in the Polar Plunge fundraiser since their first year at Bass Pro Shop.  It definitely feels like pins and needles when you first hit the water, but when you see the excitement and laughter it brings to the Special Olympic Athletes; it is so worth feeling like a popsicle for a few minutes!!! 

I've also attended the Special Olympics Opening Ceremonies over the past few years, and knowing that all I had to do was jump in some water to help provide funds for that program is an amazing feeling.
