In 1999, Vermont CARES held the first annual Champ Ride. Through the fundraising efforts of its participants the Champ Ride provides much needed financial support to Vermont CARES and allows us to continue working with and on behalf of people living with and at risk of HIV/AIDS.

The Champ Ride raises awareness about HIV/AIDS and reminds people throughout the state that HIV/AIDS is still a serious problem that needs our attention.

Many people ride in memory of loved ones they have lost to this epidemic and others ride in solidarity. Whatever your reason for riding thank you for your support!  I am riding in memory of my uncle, but also just to provide support for a very important organization.
