Well, it's that season again: Sheryl gets on her bike and tries to raise money for a worthy cause!

Through the fundraising efforts of its participants the Champ Ride provides much needed financial support to Vermont CARES and allows us to continue working with and on behalf of people living with and at risk of HIV/AIDS.

The Champ Ride raises awareness about HIV/AIDS and reminds people throughout the state that HIV/AIDS is still a serious problem that needs our attention.

Many people ride in memory of loved ones they have lost to this epidemic and others ride in solidarity.  I am riding in memory of my uncle but also in support of many people who are living with this disease and who have been helped by the support of VT CARES and other organizations like it.
