Welcome to my Walker Page :) As many of you already know I am a Committee Member of the Slades Bank Get Moving Walk which supports the Hudner Oncology Center at St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River MA. I originally joined as part of my Masters Program but enjoyed it so much I signed on for another year.

Many exciting events are taking place around the walk this year including the unveiling of our new Logo, which I am sure you saw it on the updated website.

My nephew Nikolas, who is in the picture above, is a cancer survivor along with my Dad and my Aunt. I have also lost many family members to this horrible disease including my Grandmother, Grandfather, my Uncle, Three Great Uncles, and a Great Aunt. I set up this page in their honor and in their memory!!

I am asking, if possible, for donations to be made in order to help the Hudner Oncolgy Center. No, I do not have any family members who have received treatments there, but I now have many friends who have and do, friends I have met by joining this committee with our common goal being someday to cure cancer. It doesn't matter where a person gets treatment, anyone affected by this disease wants the same thing, for this disease to be something generations can soon say " There once was this disease called cancer" Help me help others in achieving this goal.
