Our lives changed when our sweet two-year-old daughter, Sophia, was diagnosed with anaplastic medulloblastoma. She fought bravely and lived her life to the fullest extent possible for 20 months. On February 3, 2009, she earned her angel wings, gaining freedom from the cruel grips of cancer. She was only four when she died. The hole left in our hearts will never heal, but we refuse to drown in sorrow. Sophia refused to give up on life during her fight, so there is no way that we can give up on life.
