100% of donations go to the Wounded Warrior Project.
Shootout For Soldiers is a 24 hour lacrosse game benefiting wounded American soldiers via the Wounded Warrior Project. Participants will play during a particular time slot for either of the two teams - Stars or Stripes - with fellow participants roughly their same age and skill. Through the common bond of lacrosse, the goal is to raise significant funds for wounded American soldiers as well as establish a stronger connection with local veterans.
To play in this event, every participant must donate at least $20 to the Wounded Warrior Project through this page.
We would obviously love to have donations above $20 or from supporters who may not be able to play - all the money goes towards benefiting wounded American soldiers.
For this project, we have chosen to support the Wounded Warrior Project because we wanted to support our troops, and feel that the Wounded Warrior Project does fantastic work in that field.
