Racing for the Jessica June Children's Cancer Foundation
Each year I begin looking for a charity that I would like to support for the year. This includes both volunteering and monetary commitments. I also have a unique platform where I can use my racing as a vehicle to help promote these charities and help raise money and awareness for their cause. This year I have made my decision and have found a local charity that really touches me.
In 2012 I reach out to you to help me support the Jessica June Children’s Cancer Foundation. It is through your gifts that they are able to provide emergency financial assistance for children fighting cancer. Your donation will help pay for everyday necessities such as medical, utility, rent, mortgage, car, gas & food so that families can focus on saving their child’s life. I have personally attended fund raisers for them and have seen firsthand the good work that they do. I can validate that the funds that you donate to them will be used to help these kids.
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!

Imagine you’re told that your child has cancer. What would you do? Sandra Muvdi, the founder of the Jessica June Children’s Cancer Foundation (JJCCF), discovered that: “Your entire life turns upside down and you’re thrown into a downward spiral leading to various types of situational crisis.”
Imagine dealing with the trauma of your child battling a life threatening illness while unable to pay the rent to keep your family off the streets. Even worse, imagine you’re unable to pay for medical tests and treatments that are critical to your child’s survival. Unfortunately, many low income families lack the financial resources required to provide optimal care for a sick child.
In short, a diagnosis of childhood cancer creates an immediate medical and emotional crisis while also creating a financial crisis for many families. That’s why JJCCF is committed to providing emergency financial relief.
