Thanks to the Starlight Children's Foundation, we recently received a very nice donation of a Rock Band fully loaded kiosk so that the kids of our center have yet another thing to brighten their day.  

Due to the disabilities of some of the children at the Broward Children's Center, many of the kids will not be able to take advantage of this unique "fun time" without the aid of the specially modified guitar (pictured) that will allow for them to plug in their existing assitive technology such as their Sip and Puff.

This special guitar, called the AT-Play, allows physically disabled persons to independently play the Rock Band 2 video game for Xbox 360. Guitar strumming and chords can be controlled with their preferred arrangement of switches, including sip-and-puff devices, buttons, and foot pedals.

We are raising funds to pay for this very special and unique assistive technology that will bring a smile to many of our kids.
