The 2nd Annual - Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) - Kickoff 2010 and Dignitary Polar Plunge will be held February 10, 2010 in Pierre, SD. The "Dignitary" Plungers will be jumping at approximately 4:00 pm in the frigid Missouri River near the American Legion - 520 S. Pierre St, Pierre SD.
Donations to Special Olympics South Dakota must be achieved to force these brave jumpers to "take the plunge". Only if their designated donation level is reached will they "get wet". Here is our elite "dignitary" plunger list:
