For three days in March, basketball players and cheerleaders from all over the state of Kansas will converge in Hays, Kansas for the State Basketball and Cheerleading Competition.

Speed dribbling, free throw contests, three point shootouts, team competitions and much more will occur over the weekend!

At these competitions, athletes receive the coveted gold, silver and bronze medals that signify that they are among the elite athletes of the state of Kansas! These medals proudly adorn the necks of athletes who practice year-round for these competitions and signify their dedication to the sport.
