Stacey & Drew's Fundraising Page
Hi Everyone!
It's that time of year again, the annual Walk for Those Who Can't funraising event! Last year was a huge success and Carolina Canines raised over $20,000. This year we are aiming for an even bigger goal of $30,000. Please help Drew, Luke and I raise money for Carolina Canines.
As most of you probably know, I have volunteered to be a foster parent for a service dog through Carolina Canines. I have been training Luke for over a year now and he has excelled through his training and learning his commands. Carolina Canines for Service is a non-profit coporation dedicated to providing people with disabilities enhanced independence through the gift of a quality trained service dog. It takes up to 3 years to train a service dog and once they are fully trained the dog is valued over $40,000 and they are placed with a recipient for NO COST!
This year, the donations are more important than ever for me because Luke will soon be ready to be placed with a recipient and the money raised this year will help to make that happen!!
Please dont feel obligated to donate money but I would love if you could at least make it to the event on Saturday March 27th at Hugh MacRae Park. Bring your dog or a friend and come walk with us because its so much fun!
We appreciate the support of the community and any little bit will help! Thanks Everyone!!
