This is my first 5K run and I have chosen this particular race due to the passing of my father from colon cancer.  I know that he is smiling down on me because of this great cause and also for the fact that I'm exercising :-).  He always told me to keep pushing and don't stop.

This race is for you Dad.  I love you and miss you so much!
