Each year that I teach I get the pleasure to work with new families and learn more about the world of autism. These families are stronger than anything I could have ever imagined. The love, support, and advacacy from the parents will always continue to amaze me.

As the numbers of children with autism continues to rise, I can't emphasize enough the need for more research on brain development, cuases, and treatments.

The money donated for this walk will help the research as well as go directly to families and school programs that need funding for special items.
