I'm a Care Coordinator with the AIDS Coordination and Information Services.  Kenya Johnson is the other coordinator in the 918 area code.  We may have already been to your county office and told you about our program.  If not, we should make it out before the end of the year.  We provide a central contact point for persons with HIV and their familes to obtain information on a variety of health care and social service needs.    

The 2008 AIDS Walk is an annual event here in Tulsa.  All money raised is used to support the National AIDS Fund AmeriCorps Team.  AmeriCorps members spend a year working with local social service agencies that help people living with HIV / AIDS.

The Area Director's in both Area V and Area VI have graciously allowed me to send this request.   They understand the need and enthusiastically support helping our fellow social service agencies, in their efforts to help some of Eastern Oklahoma's most needy.   

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support this fundraising effort.  No donation is too small.
