Pakistan Earthquake Relief Effort
A 6.4 magnitude earthquake hit Pakistan's Balochistan province on Oct 29, killing over 300 people and displacing over 50,000 people from their mud-brick homes.
The army has reached some survivors through the sparse road networks, but thousands have spent nights in the open combating the cold while waiting for relief.
Who are we?
We are graduate students from Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs who have united to raise support towards the relief effort. Your on-line donation will go directly to Edhi Foundation, a credible and effective organization who is already on the ground delivering humanitarian aids in the disaster zones.
How can you help?
Your contribution will help provide medical aid, food, blankets, and temporary housing to the survivors. A $20 giving will provide a family of 3 food for a week.
Thank you for your generous support.
