The summer of 2012 is one I will always remember. Two pregnant dogs were brought to my attention, both in shelters, both scheduled to be euthanized. Furry Friends Network stepped in to rescue these dogs and Molly and Hope came into my home. Molly's eight pups were born on 5/6/12 and Hope gave birth in the beginning of June to seven puppies, all precious little "gifts from God." Tackling the responsibility of two litters of pups has been a challenge. There were days when I asked myself if I was out of my mind to do this. But the rescue director reminded me that the alternative was death for these doggies, and so the effort and responsibility have been well worth saving their lives. Several of Molly's pups became ill and had to be hospitalized at the vet's office, so expenses for these doggies have been high. I am asking your help to support the life saving mission of Furry Friends Network. Soon Molly's pups will be adopted and in their forever homes and Hope's puppies will be ready for adoption in September. Your support of the rescue's work helps dogs like Molly and Hope and their precious pups, and means a great deal to me personally.
