Hello!! 

I am in my last semester of school and have one last chance to do the polar plunge with my sailing team. This is an annual event for the team and every year we get into the spirit by wearing board shorts with our team pinnies and pirate theme attire. 

In order to participate I have to raise at least $100 but I am going for a higher target of $300.  Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. Your donation to Special Olympics Virginia through this event is vital in making transformation possible and changing views about people with intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics Virginia uses sports as a catalyst to change society’s perceptions and treatment of people with intellectual disabilities.

This is an incredible cause and experience!! I appreciate any support and promise that I will go "all out" on the plunge!!
