I am walking in honor of a very dear friend, who has battled scleroderma most of her adult life.  This immune system disease affects the skin and internal organs, and because it is an auto-immune disorder there is presently no cure.  However, research is continuing, and hope always remains.  Your donation will help so much in increasing our efforts to understand and treat this disabling disease.
