I was diagnosed with essential tremor (ET) when I was five years old. I have lived my entire life dealing with the symptoms of the disorder and do not know anything different. I have been able to overcome the difficulties of ET and hope to help others achieve the very same. 

Please join me in my efforts to create awareness for the Essential Tremor disorder. I am fortunate enough to be part of the International Essential Tremor Foundation team and hope to create awareness for the disorder through running events.

I am currently in the process of researching the destination of our (IETF and myself) next running event. I continue to dedicate a few hours each day to running. This allows me to set my mind free and provides me with time to consider all opportunities in which I can contribute to the goal of the foundation; creating awareness for ET.
