Hello and thanks for checking out my page! As you may have heard, Dillon Wiegand and I are doing a 100 mile bike ride from a mission in Ventura to the top of Mt. Pinos on June 18th. This ride involves an elevation gain of more than 12,000 feet. To give you an idea, Mt. Whitney here in California (the highest mountain in the lower 48 states) peaks out at 14,500. This will definitely be one of the hardest rides we will ever attempt but it's all for a good cause. As you can see, this ride is a fundraiser to provide clean water for a village in Ethiopia. If my buddies and I are able to raise enough money, a fresh water well will be made for the village of Fonsho. Currently, the people there are required to walk miles for clean water to live their everyday lives. It would make a HUGE life changing difference for these residents to have a fresh water well. I've been training hard for this ride with some folks from H&S Bicycles Shop and Burroughs Racing and finished my first century two weeks ago. Now all we need is a little more support to pull this through. Every little bit helps and any amount whether big or small would be fantastic. Thank you everyone for your time. Wish us luck! =)
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
