This will be my sixth 100-mile Ride for Life, one of the most energizing and enjoyable things I do each year. And the comraderie on this ride is really special. Last year I think we raised over $250,000 for the Southern Tier Aids support programming, and I  know how much these funds improve the lives of many in our upstate community.

Last year I finished in record time and averaged about 17 miles an hour on those challenging and beautiful hills around Cayuga Lake. I hope to have an even better ride with friends this year.

I'm kicking in the first $300 as a contribution, the minimum each rider must contribute. I hope my friends will contribute the balance.
