December 21, 2010 we received the devastating news that Brianna suffered from a brain tumor. Our world was shattered in a matter of minutes. As we struggled through the year I searched the internet for information and stumbled across the Ride for Kids. This fundraiser for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation allows further research to be done to try and find the cause and cure for tumors and also for family support and secondary education scholarships for survivors.
