THANK YOU to everyone who sponsored me this year. I truly appreciate your support. I know that every dollar donated means so much to the men, women and children who receive services from Emmaus Inc.
Your kindness and generousity truly touched me and mean more to me than you can imagine. I plan on riding the Century again next July to honor the great work that Emmaus Inc. does. Please consider training and riding with me next year. We can do the early bird, low cost registration in January and we can start training in May! Just an idea................
Thank you again for your kindness. I was thinking of all of you when the heat was getting to my brain and I fell with only 12 miles left to go in the ride! That bruise was really pretty! :)

It's that time of year again, time for the Emmaus, Inc. Cycle for Shelter!
This is the 3rd time that I have participated in The Cycle for Shelter. I am tackling the 100 Mile Ride on Sunday July 25th.
Please consider donating to this worthy cause. I recognize that in these tough economic times, resources may be spread thin. If you have a roof over your head, food in your cabinets, gas in your car and a steady paycheck coming in, you are doing pretty well compared to many individuals and families.
Please consider sponsoring me to support my 100 mile ride and this worthy cause.
If you are unable to sponsor me financially, please consider riding with me on July 25th or volunteering to provide on course support to the riders.
If you are not interested in taking on the 100 mile ride, they do offer 20, 50 and 62 mile options, all taking place on July 25th. Hope to see some of you there!
