Bowling for Boobies® is a fund-raising event to help provide monetary assistance to local women who are experiencing financial challenges as the result of fighting and living with breast cancer.
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.
It is that time again where I participate in the charity event that has a very silly name but is for a very, very serious cause. It is Bowling for Boobies and we raise money each October to help women battling breast cancer. The Busted Foundation and Bowling for Boobies is a fund-raising event to help provide monetary assistance to local women who are experiencing financial challenges as the result of fighting and living with breast cancer.
If are you receiving this letter it is because I am hoping you might have an interest in our organization and might be willing to contribute to our event this year and hopefully events in the future.
Last year we were able to raise over $60,000! With that money we were able to help eight (8) women who were in need of monetary assistance while fighting this disease. We are hoping that this year we will be able to raise more so that we can help more women in need.
The event has asked us the participants, individually, to raise a minimum of $1000. I am asking for your help in this. I know times are hard financially for a lot of people right now but every single dollar helps, and I learned last year all the small amounts do add up quickly to a much larger number! I was able to raise just over $4,000! If you can donate any amount I would be very grateful, as would the women we are trying to help.
