I started work in pediatric cancer programs a few years ago as a tribute to my parents, both of which had cancer.  During the past five years of doing this, I've had the great opportunity to meet some young pediatric cancer survivors.  And I've even had the opportunity to watch them grow a little older, learn some new things, and shine in the darkness of a terrible sickness.
