Dear friends and family:  It's that time of the year again, when I ask you to sponsor me for the AIDS ride. This will be my third year riding around Cayuga Lake here in Upstate New York as part of the AIDS Ride for Life. It is a 50, 80 or 100-mile loop around the lake that is not on flat land (every year I try to do the 100, but my body stops at 50).  Did I say it was a physical challenge?  But it is so rewarding and there is so much support along the way, that I plan for it every year with a lot of joy.  I ride because I want to make a difference and believe I can with your help.
