 Dear Friends,

It is that time of year again  that I am preparing to run in the Moument Ave. 10k to raise funds for my favorite cause - the World Pediatric Project!

My goal is to raise $850 which will directly impact children in need of life-changing or life-enhancing critical care in developing countries. With your help we can give these families the words they seldom hear "Yes, we can help your child".

Just one example is conjoined twins, 19 month olds Maria and Teresa from the Dominican Republic. Because of WPP the family's dream was made possible by coordinating surgery to seperate the twins at Childrens Hospital of Richmond at VCU. The team of 30 volunteer doctors were in the OR seperating Maria and Teresa for 23 hours. Seven weeks later they returned home as two beautiful individuals ready to take on the world!

Your sponsorship of me - at any level! -  will help WWP say "yes" to many more children. You can make a tax deductible contribution through this secure site or you can write a check payable to WPP and mail to 7201 Glen Forest Drive, Suite 304, Richmond, Virginia 23236. Just please write my name and "10k" in the note field of check!

Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!

All my love,

Susan Rickman
