It's time for the Run for Friendship, a major fund raiser  for The Friendship Club.  "Team Tom"  will be doing the 5K walk.

As many of you know, I am on the Board of this wonderful organization.  Our mission is to engage, educate  and empower girls at risk in our community through a meaningful program of activities, emotional support and skills building.  I am so proud to work with this group making a powerful impact on the lives of so many girls and their families.  I have been a volunteer with TFC for 15 years.

This is the 4th year of the event and the 4th year for Tom to participate. Our "Team Tom" continues to grow. This year the nine-year old son of one of his caregivers has decided to join us.  It's a fun event that Tom really looks forward to.
