The mission of The Friendship Club is to engage, educate and empower girls at risk. The Friendship Club, founded in 1995, is a not-for-profit organization in rural Nevada County, California. The Friendship Club provides disadvantaged adolescent girls, from 11 middle and high schools, with year-round academic, social and emotional support. We do this through educational and mentoring activities.
