This is a picture of Evelyn. A 3 year old little girl who on May 23rd, 2009 was brutally raped, sodomized and murdered in her own bed.
While Evelyn lay dreaming about princesses and fairy tales a monster broke through her bedroom window and bestowed upon her the most heinous and hideous crimes that there ever was.
De Jesus Melisio-Camacho was transferred to Lincoln Nebraska due to the fact that there was concern for his safety in the Dakota County Jail. His preliminary trial is set for June 16th at 1pm in the Dakota County Nebraska Courtroom.
A memorial fund for Evelyn has been set up at the Dakota County State Bank. The family is not able to continue living in the mobile home where the crime occurred due to the overwhelmingly trauma.
